EE stated that at the end of his route he had a stop that required two people to bring the product downstairs. The place is called Driggs Pizza Parlor located at [REDACTED]. This time EE did not have a second person to help him with the delivery and decided to carry the product downstairs by himself. The order contained some heavy boxes such as flour tomato sauce and heavy cheese. After completing the stop EE felt some discomfort in his lower back. EE thought that the discomfort was normal since he had felt like that before. The next day EE was off and the pain increased and on [REDACTED] the pain worsened. On [REDACTED] EE called out and he went to the emergency room where he got medication
