EE was trying to bring a heavy load downstairs when EE felt a pull in his lower back. EE built a hand truck with 3 tomato sauce cans #10 and 3 flour the whole load was about 255 pounds. The stop has about 8 steps going down to get to the delivery location. EE stated when going down EE felt a pull in the lower back and had to let the hand truck go.

The stop has about 8 steps going down to get to the delivery location. EE stated when going down EE felt a pull in the lower back and had to let the hand truck go luckily no product was damaged. EE was able to complete the route with some discomfort. Since that day EE keeps feeling pain in the lower back. EE had met with the Fit for Work Trainer previously regarding this injury.
