Before the incident
Working on weiging packaging and labeling minor ingredients. Injury happened while trying to open a bulk package of gluten product.
What happened
Sprained her wrist right index finger and right hand after lifting a 50 lbs bag of gluten product which resulted in swelling and pain. She opened bulk sack with box cutter and then tried to lift and break open. This is not proper procedure and it resulted in injury. Overexertion caused sprain.

Diagnosis: Sprain of right hand and wrist. Pain and swelling of right hand and wrist. Restricted range of motion of right wrist.
