Before the incident
The operator was on the catwalk for the baghouse stove pipe to remove the CIP connection from the decking to be put in the utility closet They noticed a clamp gasket and cap still sitting on the floor of the fluid bed platform that needed to be put away The EE stepped on the lower rail of the hand railing on the baghouse platform to reach them When they tried to dismount their left boot slipped and they jumped off the railing because they didnt want to bang their knee When they landed on the floor they felt a crunch in their left knee After about 30 seconds they stood up and have been been walking with a limp The EE put on a knee brace and continued their shiftInitial Injury Reports Comments [REDACTED]: Happened on waste power Mezz by fluid bed
