Before the incident

At around [REDACTED] operator was reaching above head height to take one box weighing 19 lbs down from highest part of over cap pallet to set onto unload stand When bringing the box down he felt a sharp pain starting deep inside right shoulder towards front When trying to stretch and rotate felt pain in right shoulder area and also traveled down arm into fingers Limited use of right arm until breaktime During break took 4 ibuprofen between [REDACTED] and [REDACTED] He notified TA about the soreness around [REDACTED] but felt he was able to continue working and just wanted to test the issue When coming back from break he continued using mostly his left arm until the line was finished running for the day and went into cleaning mode which was around [REDACTED] At [REDACTED] can only move right arm up to approximately chest height before it is too painful to lift further He was just going to just watch the activities for the top down the rest of the day and not use his arm
