What happened
Router number 2 on the eagle machine was not routing the hinge pocket and there was still a door inside the machine. [REDACTED] and [REDACTED] went to check what was wrong with it. They first shut off power and air was shutted off too since the routers carriages work with air. [REDACTED] attempted to look at carriage number 1 to figure it out what was wrong with carriage number 2. When he pulled on the carriage the carriage went down because the air was shut off and cut both left and right index fingers.
