What happened
The employee was cutting a beading with the knife when he finished he placed the knife in his pocket but did not close it completely leaving part of the knife exposed. When he went to cut another piece of the beading he reached into his pocket to retrieve the knife and accidentally cut his finger. He was wearing safety gloves at the time but removed them when he realized he had been cut.
