On [REDACTED] an ambulance driving in proximity on the highway caused a motor vehicle collision that resulted in our work truck being overturned. All legal documents substantiate the cause of the MVC as the ambulance driver. Our driver was examined and found to have bruising and was released same day for rest recoverry.
