What happened
Incident occurred while operator was preparing the Hilman [REDACTED] to move a machine When the operator powered the unit on it was noticed that one of the tracks was having an issue so the operator placed the wireless remote on top of the [REDACTED] but mentioned it was not powered off Upon checking the steel tracks the operators glove got caught in the steel tracks which pulled the hand into the tracks & therefore smashed fingers in between the tracks
