Employee was cleaning up after a week of class He removed a section of slide track from the rack to remove trash that had collected under the rack The track section was on the forks with the forklift off and in park It appears that the slide track was balanced on the tip of the forks When he was on his hands and knees reaching under the rack he backed into the slide track causing it to pivot off the forks One end landed on the back of his leg on his calf Somehow he was able to get his leg out from underneath
