Before the incident
TM was building a wooden crate in Common Carrier.
What happened
TM was building a wooden crate. They were standing on a 2 step ladder to staple the lid onto the top. We use staples to secure the plywood onto the 2x 6. When the impacted TM went down with the staple gun on an angle the staple did not go through the plywood properly. This then resulted in the staple shooting out towards the impacted TM. The TM was hit in the left forearm sticking in ~1.
