TM was using a suction cup during a team lift to set a panel in a track.
What happened
TM was going to pick up Panel number 1 to insert it back into the track. Upon grabbing the cup and lifting it up into the track after getting the top of the panel in his partner could not get their end in. TM 's back ended up giving out. TM felt a sharp pain and twist in his back. TM then proceeded to call [REDACTED] and [REDACTED] to inform them of the situation and then met with [REDACTED] at the clinic.
