EE was attempting to manually lower the trailer to the truck height They grabbed the handle with both hands pushed their weight into it and bent at the back The handle moved forward and as the driver released the handle the mechanical tension on the gear sent the handle back towards the hunched employee and struck left side of forehead resulting in a laceration
