FILING PAPERWORK IN OFFINCE IN VARIOUS FILE CABINETS ONE OF THEM BEING MY DESK DRAWER. I WAS STANDING UP MOVING AROUND. I HAD OPENED DESK DRAWER AND APPARENTLY HAD NOT SHUT IT AND WHEN I TOOK A STEP BACK I LOST MY BALANCE OVER THE DRAWER FALLING BACKWARDS INTO MY CHARI AND ANOTHER FILE CABINET LANDING HARD ON MY BUTT ON THE FLOOR WITH BACK AGAINST THE FILE CABINET.
