heard lab yell for help. I took 3 running steps and heard L knee pop and L knee gave out and turned to jello. Unable to bear weight. I sat down a few minutes then able to bear some weight but sever pain continues. L thigh and lateral lower leg spasms now. I had to grab nurses station counter to keep from falling.
