Employee was performing tie down of the pallet that he finished building up. During tie down process employee pulled on corner rope which broke down and employee fell on his left arm and back. Employee got up completed tie down process .and the end of his regular working hours without any issues. This was not reported as on job injury and the employee completed his regular working hours without any issues. Later in the evening employee felt pain in his left wrist and went to clinic
