What happened
[REDACTED] we had a team get her right hand pinned between a door and table. Team members were rotating a ten-foot door to get it ready for packaging and banding. The team member involved had just finished installing our wood guard for the bottom of the door team members didnt notice she wasnt clear of the door before they rotated it. She tried to move out of the way but got her hand pinned between the door and the worktable behind her. She notified leaders EFR applied and compression bandage and ice. Team member was able to return to work. The team was advised to be more aware of their surroundings.
