EE was working on stripping a shoring deck using a burke bar

The employee was reaching around the shoring tower when he was using the burke bar to pry the piece of plywood loose from the ceiling. As he pulled down on the burke bar the plywood broke free and his chin contacted the corner of the U-Head from the deck.
