he lifted the roll to load on dispenser [REDACTED] felt a pop on his right shoulder. He loaded the roll and returned to work. Once he stared passing parts through the checking gage (3000152) he felt his shoulder pop a second time. After the second time [REDACTED] could no longer raise his right arm with out pain.
