Before the incident
[REDACTED] was on his tow motor in the lower-case room. [REDACTED] was driving in reverse and he lost awareness of the other machine (clamp truck) and operator ([REDACTED]). When [REDACTED] was looking to find him he hit his blade on his left foot area. It ripped open the top of his foot.
