The employee was clearing a jam without any tools or equipment present. He was the only one on the ladder at that time climbing the stairs to try to clear the jam between the Case room and the cooler.

The cases were jammed by the diverter. [REDACTED] decided to lower the stairs making them higher and then chose to stand on the railing to pull out three cases. However there werent actually three cases underneath which threw him off balance. He lost his grip and started to fall. In an attempt to recover he tried to jump over the steps but didnt clear the landing.

This was on the right elbow and required 10 stitches.

Falling onto the steel platform.
