Before the incident

Selector informed me as he was selecting on [REDACTED] around [REDACTED] he felt a sharp pain in both of his wrist when he grabbed a case he said that it felt like a muscle spasm. He also informed me that he worked the following day which was [REDACTED] for his entire shift but due to the fact that it was a light day he didnt truly feel the effect of it. He had two days off back to back [REDACTED] and [REDACTED] in which the pain never got better he slept with a splint on his right wrist because he felt the most pain in that wrist. The associate came in today and said that his pain level is at an 8 on a scale of 1-10.
