Before the incident
He was walking around the Carding area looking at the machines to make sure everything was running properly.
What happened
[REDACTED] explains he was walking between the machinse when he tripped over a guard and fell. He called for help a team member from another department and the supervisor went to assist him. He had pain in his face chest and elbows. He sturgged to get up because of some of his back pain. After he got up he slowly walked to a nearby bench and sat down for about 20 minutes. During this time he said he felt dizzy achey nauseous shortness of breath and a migraine. He was asked multiple times if someone could take him to the doctor and or if they could call an ambulance but he stated he didn 't want to go and just wanted to go home and rest for the rest of the day.
