What happened

Performed a manual start of the number two engine for aircraft [REDACTED] for Frontier Airlines. [REDACTED] and I started up the engine with no issues and were egressing the aircraft. I made it out first through the nose and I turned around to see [REDACTED] down on one knee with one hand over his face and the other picking up things he dropped. He then cleared the aircraft safely and told me he ran into the forward drainage mast. His nose was starting to bleed his eye was swelling up and I noticed some blood start to pool but not leak from his forehead. We made sure he was fine and did not show any signs of a concussion or major injury. [REDACTED] and one other coworker drove back to the office while I went to go fuel up the work truck I was in. When I returned to the office my coworkers notified me that [REDACTED] was taken away in an ambulance.
