We were unloading the cot from the ambulance; the ambulance was too high and when we set the wheels on the Report Date: [REDACTED] [REDACTED] ground the cot latch bar was stuck. I ([REDACTED]) lifted the bar on the cot to unlatch it from the cot latch [REDACTED] pulled the cot as I ([REDACTED]) pushed the cot and when the cot released from the truck it dropped quickly catching my left middle finger between the cot and truck
