Before the incident
While loading the patient in to the unit using a two man lift we lifted the cot and mechanically raised the legs. As we pushed the cot and the patient into the unit while doing this I felt something pop in my wrist and felt extreme pain. I told my partner what happened and we completed transport of the patient. We continued with our shift. At [REDACTED] I notified my supervisor [REDACTED] of the situation because I was still in a-lot of pain
