What happened
Employee opened the door for a tow motor to exit and when he went to walk back into the building he was hit by the closing door.
Injury or illness
He was struck in the forehead and knocked to the ground. Employees that witnessed the event stated that he lost consciousness for a few seconds. When he came too he stood up and walked over to Plant 2.
