Employee walking down isle way towards the plant west exit. Forklift driver was moving a part across to plant 2 and driving in the same direction as injured employee.

EE walking down aisle toward plant exit. Forklift driver was driving in the same direction as the injured EE. The EE either unknowingly stepped in front of the tow motor or possibly brushed against the part and was subsequently pulled under the radome.
