The team member was not scheduled for [REDACTED] and thought it would feel better after resting over the weekend. On [REDACTED] and [REDACTED] the injured employee called off work and reported the injury to HR via email on [REDACTED]. The team member tried to seek medical treatment on [REDACTED] at Urgent Care but it was after hours and Urgent Care would not see the team member without SMI approval. The team member would still like to go to the clinic for medical treatment. An appointment is in the process of being scheduled.
