What happened
Around [REDACTED] a operator was removing the top section of cardboard divider from a box of castings as he was lifting it out he felt a sharp pain in middle of his back. He told me that the spasms were making it hard to breath. I took him to urgent care and then home because urgent care has him taking the rest of the day off work. I will be sending out another email with more sensitive details At [REDACTED] [REDACTED] wanted to wait until break time to see if he would start feeling better because he didnt want to sit an wait at the E.R. but as soon as I told him he would most likely be going to the urgent care he changed his mind. I took [REDACTED] to urgent care (the one in the ocmed building). He received a diagnosis of Thoracic back pain with spasm and not to return back to work until [REDACTED] with the following restrictions until [REDACTED] - Maximum lifting 10lbs - No lifting below knee or shoulder level - Not to lift or carry objects more than 12inches away from torso - Not
