What happened
around [REDACTED] on [REDACTED] the Team Member was putting on Clips on the Gen V front cover and started to have pain through their thumb up through the elbow and shoulder. They had a hard time putting enough force on the clip to install it. The team member was moved to rockers and given ice and a compression sleeve but the pain did not alleviate and the thumb and hand began to swell and the pain worsened.
