Before the incident

What happened
When helping lay resident down in bed I was assisting him with putting his legs into bed and resident resisted. Resident was confused at the time and pushed back as i was helping him lift his legs into bed. As he did that she felt a sharp pain in the right side of her neck and a pull in her underarm and down the under part of her arm down to her wrist and down her right side and into her back.
