We went into the room. He has been violent with his parents before. Mother left. Patient was sitting on the bed. We told the patient [REDACTED] were going to give you some medicine in your armplease lift up your sleeve. He lifted his sleeve. I went to give the patient his injection and he lifted both fists and started punching me. I tried to get back and he kicked me. And it was just a melee after that. [REDACTED] got bitten. [REDACTED] was stuck behind the door. We couldn 't close the door because because she would be trapped in with the patient.
