As [REDACTED] and her coworker began to lift a bag of unseasoned the bag she states she didn 't feel her coworker lift the bag with enough strength and she wasn 't ready to lift so much weight on her own so she couldn 't push the product into the barrel as she felt a pain on the left side of her lower back. She stated she struggled to walk when i first happened because of the pain but after making it to the breakroom she iced the area and rested until she felt well
