The employee was walking into the building

I drove to work and parked and walked towards the school building on the [REDACTED] side. I walked across the rocks and stepped off into the gutter. There was ice covered with snow and as I stepped down my foot slipped and I fell backwards. I hit my lowered back and my head on a rock. My glasses fell off. I did not get knocked out. I got up right away and walked into the school. A bump developed on the back of my head that was about 3 inches by 2 inches.

The bump on my head swelled up and my lower back felt bruised and stiff. I had no headache. The skin was not broken.
