Student was escalated in the lunch room. The employee responded and assisted child to the refocus room. Once there staff attempted to calm child. Student began ramming his body into the employee. Student starting kicking other staff. The employee stepped in to protect other staff member. He was body checking her. Then he became very physical and was throwing punches and kicks at the staff member. [REDACTED] used three CPI holds during this. Chairs desks were thrown objects were thrown. Some items stuck the employee in the head. When in a CPI hold student head butted her in the face multiple times. He also close fist punched her in the face. Student bit and kicked the employee.
