Before the incident
Employee was driving a walkie stacker through an overhead speed roll up door to transport finished goods to the warehouse.
What happened
When returning from the warehouse the roll up door timer expired and rolled down striking the employee on the upper back shoulder area. Once the door made contact with the employee it rolled back up the floor level sensors and electronic count down sign were verified as operational. Employee was treated with first aid initially.
