Before the incident
Moving cart and torque fell and hit my hand.
What happened
[REDACTED] right-hand-dominant female presenting to the clinic with complaint of left 2nd and 3rd finger pain. She states that she was pushing a cart when it got caught causing it to fall over. She states there was a heavy torque wrench on the cart and when the cart fell over the torque wrench fell down onto her left hand. She states is very painful to move the fingers and is tender to touch. She also states that both of those fingers are numb distal to the injury. She denies prior injury to the hand or fingers. She denies pain at the anatomical snuffbox or the wrist. She states she does have some shooting pains to go from the fingers up the forearm.
