What happened
Employee was grinding on some welds for the mold press guide wheel brackets when his grinder caught and kicked back smacking into his face shield. He was wearing safety prescriptions glasses underneath face shield. He sustained a cut on his right cheek below his eye and next to his nose. ERT Security team member was called and he was sent to the ER.
