What happened
At [REDACTED] on [REDACTED] an alloy burp on mold #172(*2) shot up out of a 9x37 causing burns to the operator. After approximately ½ of the mold was filled with 2600 alloy it erupted and splashed out away from the ladle. While getting away from the burp the operator slipped and made a brief contact with the ground.
