What happened
Went to run the first bar and it would not bite in the finish box. When the bar did bite it went in about 3 feet and a piece split off going back into the mill causing the rest of the bar to go up and to the right. As the bar went up and to the right it hit an employee that was on the platform on the right shoulder and chest area.
