What happened
The EE was working in the [REDACTED] 's cleaning out a bin and attempting to cut shrink wrap away from an empty pallet. They were using a covered blade knife. The shrink wrap was thick and they were cutting it in sections. As they were cutting toward themself the plastic covering on the knife broke and caused the blade to be exposed. It slipped toward the EE causing a laceration on the inside of their left forearm.
