EE felt minor stiffness and discomfort in lower back on [REDACTED] but didn 't report an incident. [REDACTED] EE felt the same symptoms but it had not gotten any worse. After packing first order of the day (shelving) EE was putting product back on a pallet she had raised using the Ballymore and in the process she experienced a sharp pain spasm in lower back and radiated towards her left hip upper leg.
