CM unsure how infection occurred. Shortly before 1st break on [REDACTED] 25 CM noticed tightness in his right shin. On [REDACTED] 25 CM noticed that swelling in the right shin had significantly increased which triggered him to seek medical attention. At the visit it was noted he had a possible wound nick or bug bite that has caused cellulitis in his right lower extremity.
