BOTH TIMES FALLING ON HER FRONT. SPECIFICALLY HER FACE BRUISING ON HER NOSE AROUND EYES AND FOREHEAD ARE ALL VISIBLE. WHILE FALLING SHE ATTEMPTED TO STOP THE FALL WITH HER RIGHT ARM AND BRUISING IS VISIBLE ON HER RIGHT ELBOW AND ALSO COMPLAINS OF RIGHT WRIST PAIN.
