WAS WALKING BACK TO HER OFFICE AND SHE STUMBLED ON THE CARPETING IN THE HALLWAY. THERE WERE NO ITEMS ON THE FLOOR OR IN THE HALL AT THE LOCATION OF THE ACCIDENT. SHE FELL TO THE GROUND AND WHILE DOING SUCH HIT HER OFFICE DOOR FACING WITH THE LEFT SIDE OF HER HEAD. SHE ALSO STATED THAT HER LEFT KNEE MADE CONTACT WITH THE GROUND CAUSING NOTICEABLE SWELLING VISIBLE THROUGH HER PANTLEG. HER RIGHT HANDLE MIDDLE AND RING FINDERS WERE BRUISED AS A RESULT OF HER TRYING TO CATCH HER FROM FALLING.
