I was removing door springs to open the doors and replace them with door tools.

Usually we have a 4-person rotation but due to lack personnel we were doing the constant job for two weeks at a time. This we got put back on the job the whole week. Part of the job process includes opening and shutting both doors to determine if there are any defects. The motion of opening and closing many doors may have caused the pain in my upper back over a period of time.
