EE reports to Medical with a left elbow injury. EE states that he had previously torn the bicep of his left arm at home and had it surgically corrected. [REDACTED] while throwing away a shop vac in a dumpster he felt the same sensation and believes it is torn again. EE statement reads I was throwing away a shop vac vacuum into the dumpster and lost my grip with my right hand and then had all the weight with my left arm and over extended it.
