Before the incident
Upon doing my duties at the ER Weapons system the individual walked in with lots of bags talking to herself this officer asked individual to walk thru the scanners as she walked thru her bags lit up the system this officer asked if he could search her bags Indvidual complied and as i checked her bags she was talkingto herself as i got to the second bag she started talking more to herself and i repeated same question as fist bag do you have any sharp objects weapons drug and such she answered with a no as i got half way thru bag something sharp poked me in right thumb she stated Quote oh ya i might have some needlesad sharp objects end quote she proceeded to grab her belongings and left the faciltiy without checking in
