What happened

Sh states Finished batches for Final Blend so we went to Preblend to pick up meat in a combo box I believe we had like 4 metal shovels taking turns to pick up the meat but as I was shoveling my coworker [REDACTED] ended up hitting me with his shovel as I was already in the combo box trying to get the meat. He hit the right side of my head. My head was hit on the right side. My head and nose started bleeding. Everyone was laughing thinking it was funny. I dropped my shovel and walked out to the restroom to gather myself and as I 'm walking out to head back my nose started bleeding and my head started spinning due to impact I went to my lead Wah Say to let him know what happened and to leave I couldn 't proceed. I didn 't leave right away. I went outside to sit down and then waited a few minutes and decided to tell my supervisor [REDACTED] what happened and went to the nurse office for medical assistance.
